THURSDAY PRAYERS FOR DAUGHTERS THURSDAY 4TH MARCH 2021 THEME: THE BLESSING OF DAUGHTERS
TEXT: Psalm 144:12b “…May our daughters be like graceful pillars, carved to beautify a palace.”
Blessings beloved parents, intercessors and helpers of destiny to the girl child. Thank you for turning in here. Thank you for making it a point of duty to carry out your tasks and obligations as regards prayer-covering our daughters.
It is indeed a happy new month to the entire female folk and significant too that this is being highlighted in the month where women are specially celebrated. Recently, a Nigerian woman and daughter made worldwide headlines. Mrs Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala became the first female unanimously appointed head and Director-General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO). She resumed official duties on Monday 1st March 2021. She is a great example to young girls all over the world. I can just imagine the blessings and inputs she has enjoyed from her parents, spouse, children, family and all who seek her righteous cause.
Today, our assignment is simple over our daughters’ lives and destinies. We are to declare the four scriptures referenced below over our daughters. Please feel free to declare more as the Spirit of the LORD gives you liberty.
Genesis 24:60 “And they blessed Rebekah (insert your daughter’s name) and said to her, Our sister, may you become The mother of thousands of ten thousands And may your descendants possess the gate of those who hate them.”
Psalm 18:35 “You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your right hand has held me up, Your gentleness has made me great.”
Malachi 3:12 “And all nations will call you (insert daughter’s name) blessed, For you will be a delightful land, Says the LORD of hosts.”
Numbers 6:24-26 “The LORD bless you (insert daughter’s name) and keep you; the LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the LORD lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.”
This is GOD’s word to our daughters, therefore, let us make these decrees and pour these blessings upon them. May our daughters indeed become great women and nurturers of thousands of ten thousands in the name of JESUS CHRIST. May our daughters’ voices be heard all over the world as they make Godly Impact and may all nations call them blessed! May they be a delightsome land, a fame and praise to GOD Amen and Amen.
Let’s get to work parent-intercessors. May our daughters bring only glory to the name of our GOD and our family names. Because of them, may we laugh and be honoured as their parents as they carry out great exploits to the glory of GOD’s name. Amen and Amen and Amen.
