FAST FRIDAY FOR FIRSTBORNS

THEME: LIFE PATH GUIDANCE
TEXT: PROVERBS 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to (and acknowledge) Him, and He will direct and make your paths straight.”
A beautifully blessed day of overflowing blessings to you beloved parent-intercessors. Welcome to the third Friday in December 2021. Week after week, we have come before the Father for the lives and destiny-fulfilment of our firstborns and by extension our other children. The year is gradually winding down and we have just two more Fridays in the course of the year. Our Father deserves unusual praise, thanksgiving and honour for how far He has brought us and our children. Halleluyah!
Today is also a very special one in that it is the first Fiday, in fact the first day following our ministry’s 10th year anniversary. This is a new season and fresh trajectory that Abba has brought us into. Do join in to lend your voice of Thanksgiving and praise to GOD on our behalf as a ministry and congregation of GOD.
Today, our assignment is to pray our firstborns and by extension our other children into GOD’s ordained path in life for them that will provide them the most meaning and fulfillment. We will be praying for our children for guidance by the Spirit of GOD so that the path they choose to tow and the life they will live will be what Abba had earmarked them for here on earth thereby ensuring a correct and perfect alignment with His will. We will also be praying that there would be no delays on their journeys and life paths.
Hence, let us meditate on the following scriptures and be spurred to pray:
Psalm 16:11 “You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.”
Psalm 37:23 “The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him;”
Psalm 119:105 “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”
John 14:6a “JESUS answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life…”
Let us pray:
That our firstborns and by extension our other children will know and follow the way, the truth and the life.
That our firstborns and by extension our other children will walk and live their GOD-ordained path.
That our firstborns and by extension our other children will never lack the guidance of GOD through the right influences.
That our firstborns and by extension our other children will receive the light of GOD per time, leading them to their path and destiny in life.
That our firstborns and by extension our other children will not be hindered by manipulations and delays.
To our duty posts beloved parent-intercessors. May the LORD heed us as we call to Him for the guidance of our children’s lives and destinies. Please remember to pray in the spirit as well as in your understanding as you meditate on and pray with today’s scripture. Let us soak ourselves and all that the LORD has committed to us in these life-giving words.
