THANKSGIVING FAST FRIDAY FOR FIRSTBORNS
FRIDAY 26TH NOVEMBER 2021
THEME: THANKSGIVING FOR ANSWERED PRAYERS IN NOVEMBER!
TEXT: PSALM 95:1-3
“Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before Him with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song. For the LORD is the great GOD, the great King above all gods.”
Beautiful Friday beloved parent-intercessors. It’s the last Friday in this testimony-filled month of November and that means it’s time to specially wait on the LORD in appreciation for the lives and destiny-fulfilment of our firstborns and by extension our other children. The last Friday in the month is our Thanksgiving Fast Friday where we give GOD thanks for all the answers we have received from the prayers taken in the course of the month.
This month, there are four Fridays and we have prayed and asked Father GOD for the following prayer requests for our children in the first three:
Week 1: THE KEYS OF DAVID (Isaiah 22:22)
Week 2: BREAKTHROUGH (Micah 2:13)
Week 3: We did a throwback revisitation prayer to the prayer of 19th May 2017 and our request was GRACE FOR EXPLOITS (Daniel 11:32)
Week 4: being today is a thanksgiving fast Friday and all we are required to do is bring our hearts, songs of Thanksgiving and gratitude offering to the LORD.

Today, we are deliberate in our Thanksgiving to GOD for all these and more that He has done in the lives of our firstborns and by extension our other children. With these scriptures below and more that the Spirit highlights for us individually, let us give GOD thanks for all He has done for us and our children in the course of the month:
1 Chronicles 16:29 AMP “Ascribe to the Lord the glory and honor due His name; Bring an offering [of thanksgiving], and come before Him; Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness.”
Jeremiah 30:19 “And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of those who make merry; I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish(be few); I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.” Amen and Amen!
2 Chronicles 29:31 “Then Hezekiah answered and said, Now that you have consecrated yourselves to the LORD, come near, and bring sacrifices and thank offerings into the house of the LORD.” So the assembly brought in sacrifices and thank offerings, and as many as were of a willing heart brought burnt offerings.
Today I encourage you, let Thanksgiving proceed out of you. Pause! Reflect on the LORD’s doings in your family and especially your children’s lives. True Thanksgiving elicits something from a grateful heart. True Thanksgiving causes you to return, not empty-handed but with a Thanksgiving seed to the LORD. Let there be a representation of your substance to the LORD today particularly if you have been seeing this prompts and yet have never heeded. Give from a truly grateful heart. Count your blessings and give GOD praise for them.
Today again, as we engage at our duty posts as we have committed to doing every Friday, may the LORD accept our Thanksgiving praise, gratitude and sacrificial offerings and seeds Amen. You may send your thanksgiving offerings and seeds to our ministry account if led to do so.

With this instruction coming for us this season after many years of engaging the Father on the Fast Friday mandate, it is necessary for us to take heed to it and not ignore it but move with precision. This is one of the ways to service this altar of consecration and destiny-fulfilment. Ensure you are alive to this act of service. May this seed as we release it to the Father release the goodness and mercy of the Father to them, may it speak for our children’s destinies when it is needed in the name of JESUS CHRIST Amen.
