Blessings beloved,
It’s a beautiful Wednesday. I pray as you ponder these words and conduct your work in it, there will be good rewards for you Amen.
A disciplined life is a necessity to be cultivated. As children of an excellent Father, we cannot live our lives in irreverent and undisciplined ways.
Our key text to ponder on today in the Passion Translation says it so aptly: “Now all discipline seems to be painful at the time, yet later it will produce a transformation of character, bringing a harvest of righteousness and peace to those who yield to it.” [Hebrews 12:11 TPT]
Discipline, though painful, breeds character in us. It births a harvest of righteousness in us and engenders peace for those who embrace it. Ultimately, a disciplined life is a life that is pleasing to GOD.
Some don’t believe in living regimented lives but it’s been proven that those who subscribe to a structured and surrendered form of living are able to produce results. Besides, we cannot be living or conducting our lives as if we are in control and are not subject to anyone! Everyone (no matter how highly placed or accomplished) must have an upline they report to. That is why we see accomplished people such as athletes have coaches. They understand that they need guidance and someone to put them in check as well as push them from time to time. As children of GOD, our discipline level must be unparalleled because we must be ready to yield control to the One who is our life Coach. Like a popular song says:

To You I belong
I give myself, I give myself to You
Today, this is a clarion to you and I to submit to the tutelage school of discipline under GOD.
• What has the Spirit been prompting you to do better at?
• What are those lapses in your life that you know that a few adjustments in your daily itinerary will yield different and better results for you?
• What are the action steps you would take to amplify your quality of life and obedience in 2023?
• What actions of discipline would you commit to and refuse to budge on irrespective of the challenges that may arise as the days progress into weeks and the weeks into months?
Think on these things, Itemize them and prayerfully begin to work on actioning them one after the other.
Dear friend, today I encourage you, get out of the rut of living an unproductive and non-GOD-glorifying life! Get up and enroll actively in the school of discipline!
May your discipline walk be activated and aided by the Spirit of GOD. May you receive the grace and will-power to commit fully to a disciplined life, never looking back. No more indiscipline! May your feebleness be strengthened. May you have tangible results to show for your dedication to your growth and a better you!
